1998年に東京工業大学大学院を卒業後、 PWコンサルティング（現IBM GBS）に入社しシステムおよび業務コンサルティングに従事。
その後2007年にピーチジョン入社し、全社内・WEB・店舗システムの全面刷新を担当。
社長室室長、販売本部副本部長を経て、2014年4月にマーケティング本部を立ち上げ現職。
Shigenobu Kadomatsu joined Peach John Co., Ltd. in 2007 and he initiated a company-wide renewal of the IT system. He was appointed as General Manager of the President’s office and Vice General Manager of Sales Headquarters in 2011. He launched the Marketing Headquarters in April, 2014 and now he is in the position of the General Manager of the Marketing Headquarters.
