1995年コスモ石油株式会社に入社。2001年インデックスデジタル株式会社に入社。取締役営業部長を務める。
2005年シナジーマーケティングに商号を変更後、2009年に取締役 兼 COOに就任。2013年にはシナジーイノベーションズを設立し、代表取締役に就任。以降は、主にマーケティングにおける革新的な取組みとお客様の新規事業に対する支援を推進している。
In 1995 Masao joined COSMO Oil. Six years later, in 2001, he joined Index Digital as the Director of Sales. After the corporate name was changed to Synergy Marketing in 2009, he was appointed Director and COO. In 2013 he established and became CEO of Synergy Innovations where he is primarily involved with innovative marketing initiatives and promotion of new business for clients.
